WHO IT'S FOR

 Retired Military Working Dog must have served time in the Operational Forces and been assigned to a permanent duty station.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for our Free Rx prescription drug program, your Retired Military Working Dog must have served time in the Operational Forces and been assigned to a permanent duty station.  Dogs who

did not make it through the training program will not be eligible.

HOW TO JOIN

If your dog meets the criteria, joining our program is simple. Follow these steps to get set up:

• Complete the program application and send it to us, along with a copy of your retired MWD’s adoption paperwork, including a copy of the notarized covenant not to sue.
• Send your documents to us via post or email, using the details below.
• Once we have received your documents and confirmed that you are eligible to join the program, we will add you to our database and share this information with Curexa Pharmacy for quality control.
• You will then receive a welcome pack, including the contact information for the Curexa Pharmacy who will fill your prescription and mail them to you, free of charge.
