RAINBOW BRIDGE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

The Rainbow Bridge Assistance Program is our final salute to your retired MWD, who served his or her country and who deserves the same dignity in their death that we afforded them during their lifetime. 


WHO IT'S FOR

This Program is available for retired MWDs who are already signed up to our Rx Prescription or Specialized Medical Care Programs.  This Program exists to provide financial support to adoptive families of retired MWDs with euthanasia and cremation costs.


THE PROCESS

Once you have paid for the services, please send us the receipts and we will reimburse you. The contact
