Well our event has come and gone and I must say it was a great success.
The day started off with the honoring of colors, by the Jr. ROTC Color Guard from the
Burlington City High
School.
Next we had the honor of having William Henry Harris from Riverton, New Jersey sing our National Anthem.
In attendance from the Burlington City American Legion which was instrumental making this event possible were Joe Campor (Post Commander), John
Filippine (Adjutant) and Carl Wooden (Chaplin).
Ron Aiello (I) spoke about the History of Military Canines and how they on numerous occasions
saved American lives.
William Henry Harris then sang, “God Bless America”
